CANCELLATION POLICY

GioSkin Clinic Cancellation Policy

At GioSkin Clinic, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

Deposits

A £65 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be retained as credit for a future appointment.

Exemptions

We recognise that unforeseen events may occur. Cancellations or rescheduling fees may be waived in the following circumstances:

Verified medical emergencies.
Unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.
Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable situations.

Refunds and Credits

Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within the 48-hour notice period.
For cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be used as credit toward a rescheduled appointment but will not be refunded.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and no credits will be issued.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
